We troubleshoot and trace electrical wiring and devices to determine the problem. Once we've determined the problem we then propose a solution and present the customer with an accurate quotation before commencing and repairs. Our licensed technicians along with years of experience are guaranteed to troubleshoot and conduct repairs quickly and easily.

Repairs

Once our technician has established why an electrical device or equipment is not working properly we are able to repair and/or replace faulty devices, equipment, cables, etc. in order to make everything work properly and comply with ESA codes and regulations.

Outdoor Lighting Maintenance and Repairs

We conduct outdoor lighting maintenance for wall packs, parking lot pole lights, signs, lighting control devices such as photocells and timers. We own and operate a BUCKET TRUCK and are able to install a wide variety of outdoor lights and replace lamps and ballast's as needed. We also schedule outdoor lighting repairs for your convenience and call when service and maintenance is required.

Energy Saving Upgrades and Assessments

We conduct and assessment of your home or business and provide a list of recommended upgrades to help you become more energy efficient. We then recommend the best options to reduce your energy consumption and provide a quotation to install the energy efficient upgrades. Our qualified and licensed electricians install the quoted energy efficient upgrades at your convenience.

Electrical Home Inspections, Recommendations and Repairs

We conduct electrical home inspections, provide recommendations based on customers needs and conduct repairs. It is important to note that an official electrical inspection can only be done by the Electrical Safety Authority.

Annual Fire Alarm and Life Safety Inspections and Repairs

We conduct annual Fire and Life Safety inspections which includes Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Sprinklers and Fire Hydrants. We also conduct the repairs if any are needed and provide verification papers and a certificate when all the work is complete.
